20 Prayers for Your Nation's Artists and Entertainers

Introduction: Artists and entertainers—musicians, actors, filmmakers, etc. are the storytellers and culture-shapers of a nation. They have a powerful platform to influence the hearts and minds of millions. We must pray for them, that they would use their God-given talents for good, and that many would come to know Christ and become a redemptive voice in the arts and entertainment industry.

Prayer Points:

1. Father, You are the great Creator. We lift up the artists and entertainers of our nation to You.

2. We thank You for the creative gifts You have given them.

3. We pray for their salvation. We pray for a mighty revival to sweep through the entertainment industry.

4. We pray for more Christians to rise to positions of influence in Hollywood and in the music industry.

5. We come against the spirits of lust, greed, pride, and addiction that are so rampant in that industry.

6. We pray that artists would use their platforms to promote what is true, honorable, and good.

7. We cancel the assignment of the enemy to use entertainment to corrupt the morals of our nation.

8. We pray for the protection of artists from the pressures and temptations of fame.

9. We pray for a new wave of God-glorifying, excellent, and compelling art and entertainment to be produced.

10. We declare that the arts are being redeemed for the Kingdom of God.

11. We pray for Christian artists to be bold and unashamed of the Gospel.

12. We pray for their mental and emotional health.

13. We speak a blessing over the artists and entertainers in our own local church.

14. We pray for the financial provision for redemptive art projects.

15. We declare that the media mountain is being taken for Jesus.

16. We pray for the families of those in the entertainment industry.

17. We pray for a spirit of integrity and responsibility to fall upon the industry leaders.

18. We declare that a renaissance of Christian art is beginning.

19. We pray for the salvation of the biggest names in entertainment.

20. Thank You, Lord, for the power of story and song. Let them be used for Your glory. Amen.
