25 Prayers to Break Evil Spiritual Marriages

Scripture for Meditation: "“For your Maker is your husband, the LORD of hosts is his name; and the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer, the God of the whole earth he is called.”" — - Isaiah 54:5

Introduction: An evil spiritual marriage is a demonic covenant where a person is unknowingly "married" to a spirit entity (often called a spirit husband or spirit wife). This can be the root cause of marital problems, the inability to get married, sexual dreams, and a general sense of being "claimed" by an unseen force. You must break this evil covenant and declare that your Maker is your only true husband.

Prayer Points:

1. Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I belong to You and You alone.

2. I confess and repent for any sin of my own or my ancestors that may have opened the door to this evil spiritual marriage.

3. In the name of Jesus, I renounce, reject, and divorce any spirit husband or spirit wife that has been assigned to me.

4. I serve you with a bill of divorce. I am no longer your spouse. My Maker is my husband.

5. I take off any demonic wedding ring, I put off any demonic wedding garment, and I return any demonic dowry.

6. I command you, spirit husband/wife, to leave my life now and never return.

7. I plead the blood of Jesus over my life. I cancel every mark or token that this spirit has placed on me.

8. I cancel every dream of being married, having children, or having sex in the dream.

9. I break every covenant of marital failure and frustration that this spirit has enforced.

10. I declare that I am free to marry a godly spouse in the physical realm.

11. I withdraw my destiny from the control of any evil spiritual marriage.

12. I command every child I have had in the spirit realm with this entity to be cast into the fire of God.

13. I declare that my real marriage will be fruitful and blessed.

14. I loose myself from the spirits of lust, perversion, and loneliness that are associated with this evil marriage.

15. I declare that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and it is not for a demon.

16. I pray for the restoration of everything this spirit has stolen from me.

17. I will not be "claimed" by a demon. I am claimed by Jesus Christ.

18. I speak confusion to every power that is trying to enforce this evil marriage.

19. I declare that I am a new creation, and this old spiritual contract is null and void.

20. I am walking in complete freedom.

21. I pray for a hedge of fire around my marital destiny.

22. I declare that my affections are for God and for my earthly spouse.

23. I seal my freedom from this evil spiritual marriage with the blood of Jesus.
