Thorn - Biblical Dream Meaning

In Scripture, a thorn often symbolizes hardship, spiritual testing, or a persistent challenge that humbles and refines the believer. The Apostle Paul’s reference to a “thorn in the flesh” (2 Corinthians 12:7) illustrates how God may allow difficulties or ongoing struggles to prevent pride and to draw us closer to His sustaining grace. Dreaming of a thorn can indicate that you are facing a period of trial or a spiritual obstacle designed to develop perseverance and dependence on God. It may also serve as a reminder that while pain and discomfort are part of the Christian walk, God’s power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). The thorn encourages spiritual vigilance, humility, and a deeper trust in God’s sovereignty over your circumstances.
