25 Prayers to Break Ungodly Soul Ties

Introduction: A soul tie is a deep spiritual and emotional connection between two people. Godly soul ties exist in marriage and healthy friendships. However, ungodly soul ties, often formed through sexual sin or controlling relationships, can be a source of great bondage. They can keep you emotionally chained to a person from your past, hindering your freedom and future relationships. It's time to cut these ties and be free.

Prayer Points:

1. Father, I confess that I have formed ungodly soul ties through past relationships. I repent for this sin.

2. In the name of Jesus, I renounce and break every ungodly soul tie between me and [mention the person's name].

3. I use the sword of the Spirit to sever every spiritual, emotional, and mental connection with this person.

4. I call back all the pieces of my soul that I gave to them. I am made whole in Christ.

5. I break every covenant and agreement that was made in that relationship.

6. I command every spirit that was transferred to me through this soul tie to leave me now.

7. I loose myself from the emotional torment, the obsessive thoughts, and the longing for this person.

8. I forgive them for any way they hurt me, and I ask for forgiveness for any way I hurt them.

9. I declare that this ungodly connection is broken. I am free.

10. I plead the blood of Jesus over my mind, my will, and my emotions. I am cleansed.

11. I will no longer be a prisoner of my past relationships.

12. I declare that my affections are now set on You, Lord, and on my future godly spouse.

13. I cancel every dream that has tried to reinforce this soul tie.

14. I declare that my heart is healed and ready for a healthy, godly relationship.

15. I will not be unequally yoked.

16. I pray for the other person, that they too would be set free and would find their wholeness in You.

17. I declare that I am a new creation. The old has gone.

18. I am no longer emotionally or spiritually chained to anyone from my past.

19. I pray for a renewed mind and a pure heart.

20. I will not look back. I am pressing forward.

21. I declare that my future is bright and free from the shadows of my past.

22. I am a whole and complete person in Christ.

23. I seal my freedom from this soul tie with the blood of Jesus.

24. Thank You, Lord, for setting me free indeed. Amen.
