Biography

Saul of Tarsus was a passionate opponent of Christianity until his encounter with the risen Jesus on the Damascus Road. This transformative meeting completely reversed his direction. Paul became Christianity's greatest missionary and theologian. His letters form much of the New Testament. He traveled throughout the Mediterranean spreading the Gospel. Despite imprisonment and hardships, Paul remained steadfast. His example shows that radical transformation is possible through God's grace.
