The enemy will try to attack your employees with spirits of strife, of laziness, and of a "it's just a job" mentality. As a business owner, you can wage war for your employees, decreeing that your business is a magnet for loyal, productive, and passionate employees.

Warfare Decrees:

  1. In the name of Jesus, I stand as a priest over the employees of my business.

  2. I dedicate my employees to the Lord. They are a gift from Him to this business.

  3. I bind every spirit of strife, of laziness, of a "bad attitude," and of a "just a job" mentality.

  4. I loose a spirit of unity, of productivity, of positive attitude, and of a powerful "work as unto the Lord" anointing upon my employees.

  5. I cancel every assignment of the enemy to use my employees to bring division or harm to my business.

  6. I decree that my business is not just a business; it is a place where my employees can flourish and can grow.

  7. I plead the blood of Jesus over my employee relationships, creating a bond of trust and of loyalty.

  14. I declare that my business is a source of fair wages and of great benefits for my employees.

  15. I bind every spirit of witchcraft that would try to put a curse on my team.

  16. I decree that my business has a culture of honor and of respect among my employees.

  17. I take back any ground the enemy has gained in my team.
