30 Decrees to Pray and Declare Victory Over Your Nation's Arts and Entertainment

Scripture for Meditation: "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds." — 2 Corinthians 10:4

Introduction: A nation's arts and entertainment mountain—its movies, its music, its television, its art—is the primary shaper of its culture and of its values. The enemy seeks to control this mountain with spirits of perversion, of hedonism, and of an anti-Christ agenda. As the church, we must wage war for this mountain, decreeing that it will be a source of beauty, of truth, and of redemptive storytelling.

Warfare Decrees:

1. In the name of Jesus, we take authority over the mountain of arts and entertainment in our nation.

2. We bind the ruling principalities over our arts and entertainment mountain—spirits of perversion, of hedonism, and of rebellion.

3. We decree that the stronghold of ungodliness in our nation's arts and entertainment industry is being demolished.

4. We pray for our nation's artists, for our musicians, for our filmmakers, and for our entertainers. We loose a spirit of creativity, of truth, and of a redemptive anointing upon them.

5. We decree that righteous, God-fearing men and women are rising up to take their place as leaders in our arts and entertainment industry.

6. We cancel every ungodly and every satanic message that is being promoted in our arts and entertainment.

7. We plead the blood of Jesus over the studios, over the stages, and over the screens of our nation.

8. We bind the spirits of celebrity worship, of sexual immorality, and of a "if it feels good, do it" mentality.

9. We decree that our arts and entertainment will once again become a source of inspiration, of beauty, and of truth.

10. We uproot every stronghold of "art for art's sake" or of a "shock value" mentality.

11. We are overcomers for our nation's arts and entertainment mountain.

12. We decree that a great renaissance of godly and redemptive art is sweeping through our nation.

13. We bind every spirit of witchcraft that is trying to cast a spell over our nation through our entertainment.

14. We pray for the salvation of the key leaders in our arts and entertainment industry.

15. We decree that our arts and entertainment will be a model of creative excellence and of moral purity.

16. We cancel every evil covenant that has been made in our arts and entertainment institutions.

17. We loose the angels of God to do warfare over our nation's arts and entertainment industry.

18. We decree that the hidden agenda of the enemy in our arts and entertainment is being exposed.

19. We bind the spirit of fear that keeps good artists from creating redemptive art.

20. We declare that our nation's arts and entertainment industry is being reformed and is being restored.

21. We pray for the rise of powerful and effective Christian artists and production companies.

22. We decree that our arts and entertainment is a force for good in our nation.

23. We take back the gate of arts and entertainment for the Kingdom of God.

24. We declare that our nation's best artistic days are ahead.

25. We seal the redemptive destiny of our nation's arts and entertainment mountain in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
