30 Decrees to Pray and Declare Victory Over Your Nation's Media

Scripture for Meditation: "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds." — 2 Corinthians 10:4

Introduction: A nation's media—its news, its entertainment, its social media—is the mountain of influence that shapes a nation's conversation and its values. The enemy, the father of lies, seeks to control this mountain, using it to spread propaganda, to promote darkness, and to deceive the masses. As the church, we must wage war for this mountain, decreeing that it will be a source of truth, of light, and of a wholesome conversation.

Warfare Decrees:

1. In the name of Jesus, we take authority over the mountain of media in our nation.

2. We bind the ruling principalities over our media—spirits of deception, of manipulation, and of an anti-Christ agenda.

3. We decree that the stronghold of ungodliness in our media is being demolished.

4. We pray for our nation's journalists, for our producers, and for our content creators. We loose a spirit of truth, of integrity, and of a courage to report what is right upon them.

5. We decree that righteous, God-fearing men and women are rising up to take their place in our media.

6. We cancel every evil narrative and every satanic agenda that is being pushed through the media.

7. We plead the blood of Jesus over our nation's media, cleansing it from all lies and from all filth.

8. We bind the spirits of bias, of sensationalism, and of a "fake news" mentality.

9. We decree that our media will once again become a source of reliable information and of a healthy public discourse.

10. We uproot every stronghold of a "if it bleeds, it leads" mentality.

11. We are overcomers for our nation's media.

12. We decree that a great wave of truth and of integrity is sweeping through our media.

13. We bind every spirit of witchcraft that is trying to cast a spell over our nation through the media.

14. We pray for the salvation of the key leaders in our media industry.

15. We decree that our media will produce content that is true, that is noble, that is right, that is pure, and that is lovely.

16. We cancel every evil covenant that has been made in our media institutions.

17. We loose the angels of God to do warfare over our newsrooms and over our broadcast studios.

18. We decree that the hidden agenda of the enemy in our media is being exposed.

19. We bind the spirit of fear that keeps good journalists from reporting the truth.

20. We declare that our nation's media is being reformed and is being restored.

21. We pray for the rise of powerful and of effective Christian media outlets.

22. We decree that our media is a force for good in our nation.

23. We take back the gate of media for the Kingdom of God.

24. We declare that our nation's best media days are ahead.

25. We seal the redemptive destiny of our nation's media in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
