30 Decrees to Overcome Serpentine Spirits

Scripture for Meditation: "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds." — 2 Corinthians 10:4

Introduction: Serpentine spirits are demonic spirits that operate with the characteristics of a snake. They are spirits of deception, of cunning, and of a deadly, poisonous bite. They are spirits of witchcraft, of divination, and of a religious spirit that seeks to twist the Word of God. These spirits must be identified, they must be resisted, and their heads must be crushed under your feet.

Warfare Decrees:

1. In the name of Jesus, I come against all serpentine spirits.

2. I renounce and reject you, spirit of the serpent, of deception, and of witchcraft.

3. I decree that I have been given authority to tread on serpents and on scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy.

4. I bind the strongman of the serpentine spirit that has been trying to operate in my life or in my environment.

5. I loose the spirit of truth, of discernment, and of a holy boldness to expose and to resist all serpentine spirits.

6. I cancel every assignment of the enemy to use a serpentine spirit to deceive me, to poison my relationships, or to attack my health.

7. I plead the blood of Jesus over my life, making me immune to all serpentine bites.

8. I decree that my spiritual eyes are open to see the subtle and the cunning ways of the serpent.

9. I uproot every seed of a "has God really said?" mentality that has been planted by a serpentine spirit.

10. I will not be a person who is deceived by a counterfeit anointing or by a false doctrine.

11. I am an overcomer. I have victory over all serpentine spirits.

12. I bind every spirit of divination and of python that would try to squeeze the life out of my prayer life.

13. I decree that my life is a testimony of walking in the truth and in the light.

14. I declare that my life is marked by a genuine and a pure relationship with God.

15. I bind every spirit of Kundalini and every other counterfeit spiritual experience.

16. I take back the ground that the enemy has gained through serpentine deception.

17. I decree that my life is a story of crushing the head of the serpent.

18. I will not be a victim of a religious spirit that has a form of godliness but denies the power.

19. I declare that my heart is pure and my motives are right.

20. I bind every spirit of fear that would make me afraid of confronting these spirits.

21. I am a child of God, and I am seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above all principalities and powers.

22. I decree that the plans of the enemy to use serpentine spirits against me are failing.

23. I am a warrior, and I am not ignorant of the enemy's devices.

24. I am a person of authority.

25. I seal my total and permanent victory over all serpentine spirits in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Closing Declaration: I seal these declarations with the blood of Jesus. What I have bound on earth is bound in heaven. What I have loosed on earth is loosed in heaven. I stand in the victory of Christ, and I declare that the enemy's plans are destroyed. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
