Introduction: The spirit of rebellion is a demonic spirit that refuses to submit to God-given authority. It is the spirit of Lucifer that says, "I will not serve." It is a spirit of lawlessness, of insubordination, and of a "you're not the boss of me" attitude. This spirit is as the sin of witchcraft. It must be bound, and a spirit of a humble and of a willing submission must be loosed.

Warfare Decrees:

  1. In the name of Jesus, I come against the spirit of rebellion.

  2. I renounce and reject you, spirit of rebellion, of lawlessness, and of insubordination.

  3. I decree that I am not a rebellious person; I am a humble, a submissive, and an obedient child of God.

  4. I bind the strongman of rebellion that has been trying to operate in my life or in my family.

  5. I loose the spirit of humility, of a teachable heart, and of a willing submission to God and to His delegated authorities into my life.

  6. I cancel every assignment of the enemy to use rebellion to bring chaos and destruction into my life.

  7. I repent for every time I have been rebellious, have been unsubmissive, or have had a bad attitude towards authority.

  8. I plead the blood of Jesus over my heart, cleansing it from all rebellion and from all pride.

  9. I decree that my life is a life of walking in a joyful and in a willing submission to the will of God.

  10. I uproot every seed of a "I know better" or of a "no one is going to tell me what to do" mentality.

  11. I am an overcomer. I have victory over the spirit of rebellion.

  12. I bind every spirit of pride that is at the root of rebellion.

  13. I decree that my life is a testimony of the blessing and of the protection that comes from living under authority.

  14. I declare that my heart is soft and is responsive to correction.

  15. I bind every spirit of offense that fuels rebellion.

  16. I take back the ground that I have lost through past acts of rebellion.

  17. I decree that my life is marked by a spirit of honor for those in authority over me.

  18. I will not be a victim of a life of "doing my own thing."

  19. I declare that my heart is fully submitted to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

  20. I bind every spirit of independence that is a form of rebellion.

  21. I am a child of God, and I am under new management.

  22. I decree that my season of rebellion is over, and my season of submission has come.

  23. I am a warrior, and submission is a position of power.

  24. I am a person of honor.

  25. I seal my total and permanent freedom from the spirit of rebellion in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
